The big adventure is almost over, I’m flying home tomorrow. When I arrived Hawaii in early February, I had no idea what I was doing here. I surely didn’t see what the big deal about this place was. I wanted to go home so bad, with my sister having unexpectedly passed, and me away from family. Flight # 4

Flight number 4 complete, I made it home. Thank you for rooting me on! Your encouragement helped me undo a 20-year fear of flying. I had xanax with me, but I ended up not using it. Not that there’s anything wrong with medication, it’s just for me, I wanted to know that I did it myself, even if not as gracefully as I had hoped for. I’m changing my definition of success though.
